Job summary

RealTruck, Inc. is seeking a Production Assembler in Michigan to contribute to the manufacture of high-quality products. The role requires precision, adherence to safety, and meeting production goals on a Friday–Sunday shift.

You will work with lean manufacturing practices and maintain a clean, safe workspace. The position offers a Monday? through Sunday rotation with a 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM shift, $17.00 per hour plus $2.25 per hour shift differential, and comprehensive benefits including health

Position Summary

The Production Assembler plays a crucial role in the manufacturing process, contributing to the manufacture of high-quality products. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and adherence to quality standards. The Production Assembler must achieve set production goals, maintain a safe and clean work environment, and leverage Lean manufacturing tools to enhance efficiency.

Shift Schedule

• Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (6:00 AM - 6:30 PM)

Compensation

• $17.00 per hour, plus $2.25 per hour shift differential

Core Functions

Qualifications & Requirements

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
• 6 months of related experience and/or training preferred.

Skills, Abilities, and Knowledge

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, work instructions, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to perform basic math.
• Ability to read and interpret tape measurements accurately.

Physical Requirements

This position is subject to Medium Work: Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
