Job summary

A Production Assembler position in Saint Paul, MN offers a temp-to-hire opportunity with a pay rate of $21.00-$25.00/hr. The role operates on 1st shift, Monday–Friday, 6:30AM-3PM, in a benchtop production environment assembling parts such as linear actuators, small motors, and wire harnesses.

Requires reading prints, teamwork, and ability to lift up to 50lbs. Qualifications include high school or equivalent, electronics experience, soldering experience, and familiarity with hand tools.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent.
• Ability to read a print and follow work instructions.
• Teamwork with ability to follow instructions from supervisor/engineers.
• Production work experience.
• Small parts assembly using hand tools.
• Electronics experience.
• Soldering experience (hand soldering, through hole and surface mount).
• Wire harness experience (cutting, stripping, ultrasonic welding, pins/connectors).
• Computer skills desired.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assemble parts in a benchtop production environment.
• Assemble linear actuators.
• Assemble small electric motors/clutches.
• Assemble metal and plastic parts.
• Some wire harness work.
• Operate benchtop equipment as part of the assembly process.
• Use hand tools: drills, drivers, wrenches, ratchets, pliers, scissors/cutters.
