Job Overview

We are seeking a Maintenance & Operations/Production Leader to lead projects focused on maintenance optimization, asset reliability, and production management, with operational leadership experience. This role involves working directly with manufacturing clients to assess current maintenance strategies, implement best practices, and drive sustainable improvements in equipment reliability, downtime reduction, and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

1. Partner with clients to assess and improve maintenance programs, including preventive and predictive strategies.
2. Identify opportunities to reduce operational expenses while maintaining or improving asset performance and uptime.
3. Implement reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) and total productive maintenance (TPM) methodologies.
4. Utilize Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement tools to optimize maintenance processes.
5. Develop data-driven solutions to enhance equipment reliability and minimize unplanned downtime.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align maintenance strategies with business goals.
7. Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for equipment failures and inefficiencies.
8. Provide training and coaching on maintenance and asset management best practices.
9. Track project performance, KPIs, and report on cost savings and efficiency gains.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Maintenance Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in maintenance, reliability, or operations in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of predictive maintenance technologies (e.g., vibration analysis, thermography).
• Experience with CMMS and asset management tools.
• Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or TPM certification is advantageous.
• Proven track record of driving cost reduction and process improvements.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Strong communication and client relationship skills.
