We are seeking a Facilities Multi-Services Maintenance Manager (Level K) to join our Boeing Global Real Estate & Facilities (GREF) team supporting multiple Boeing sites within our Midwest Region, including Chicago, IL; Gary, IN; Heath, OH; Hazelwood, MO; Maryland Heights, MO; Mascoutah, IL; O'Fallon, IL; St. Charles, IL; Swansea, IL; and Wichita, KS. The work location will be Mascoutah, Illinois. This role involves frequent travel to our Midwest Boeing sites supporting the GREF Facilities Maintenance Center of Expertise.

The primary leadership focus is Building and Infrastructure Maintenance, including specialized crafts (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, automotive, carpentry, metal working, boiler operation), facilities analysts, and provisioning. You will oversee our integrated facilities management (IFM) services/provider. This role requires leadership, financial acumen, communication, and employee development skills. Our team performs infrastructure maintenance, repairs, and services, managing supplier contracts for day-to-day operations supporting critical site production.

This is a first-shift position (7:00am - 3:30pm) with potential for alternative hours for special assignments, manager coverage, and training. Weekend rotations may also be required. Flexibility in schedule is necessary.

Up to 75% domestic travel required to other Boeing sites.

Position Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage employees & contractors in facilities planning, analysis, project administration, property administration, provisioning, engineering, and construction.
• Primary focus on Building and Infrastructure Maintenance.
• Support and oversee our integrated facilities management (IFM) services.
• Develop and implement project and process plans, policies, procedures, and operational goals.
• Secure resources for projects, manage suppliers, and lead process improvements.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, peers, and employees.
• Oversee technical approaches, products, and processes.
• Participate in equipment make/buy decisions, source selection, and provide technical oversight of suppliers.
• Lead, coach, develop, and motivate team members.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite in Mascoutah, Illinois.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 3+ years of experience leading teams in a formal or informal leadership role.
• 3+ years of experience in engineering, facilities, or maintenance in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Willingness to travel up to 75%.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience mentoring, coaching, and leading teams.
• 5+ years of experience communicating with employees, customers, and leadership.
• 3+ years of experience leading facilities analysis teams.
• Experience with Integrated Facilities Management (IFM).
• Ability to manage team workloads effectively.
• Self-starter with the ability to motivate teams.
