Job summary

CrowdStrike Inc. is seeking a Services TechOps Engineer to design, build, and operate agentic AI systems that amplify consulting and internal operations.

You’ll own production AI tooling end-to-end, from stakeholder requests through architecture, security review, rollout, and ongoing operation, leveraging AI agents to deliver at amplified velocity and scope. Ideal candidates have production-grade Python with type hints, CI/CD discipline, and hands-on AWS knowledge in a multi-account environment,

Qualifications

• Experience deploying AI agents in production at scale.
• Familiarity with multi-agent architectures and memory/orchestration.
• Ability to write maintainable, well-tested Python with typing.
• Understanding of security reviews and deployment gating.

Responsibilities

• Lead agentic AI systems end-to-end through design, security hardening, deployment, and maintenance.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into technical solutions and user experiences.
• Architect multi-agent systems with security, scalability, and cost constraints.
• Define benchmarks for agent performance, cost, and reliability.
• Deliver within the approved service portfolio and navigate existing infrastructure gates.
• Advise leadership on AI strategy and mentor team members.
• Own production incident response and 24/7 on-call rotation.
