Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in program management or Operations in a technology, product, AI, or fast-paced environment.
• Ability to connect people, processes, tools, and data into scalable operating mechanisms.
• Experience creating content that turns complex operational information into executive narratives.
• Strong written and verbal communication with ability to align stakeholders and drive execution.
• Working knowledge of Generative AI, AI platforms, and common enterprise AI use cases.
• Strong attention to detail and a continuous-improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI-native operating processes across the Enterprise AI team.
• Orchestrate operational reporting including OKRs, KPIs, and project status across systems.
• Develop and govern the Enterprise AI knowledge base and ensure on-demand access to information.
• Own executive forums with narratives and agendas communicating AI strategy and roadmap.
• Administer AI intake processes and facilitate approval decisions with stakeholders.
• Oversee AI asset registry and maintain data attributes per standards.
• Continuously improve the operating model by clearing ownership and scaling practices.
