Job summary

CrowdStrike, Inc. is seeking a Sr. AI SDLC Engineer II to scale agentic AI across the software development lifecycle. You’ll build platforms and workflows to ship faster, offload work to AI agents, and partner with engineering teams to reduce friction and improve efficiency.

You will design automated, agent-driven capabilities, optimize context grounding, and ensure cost-aware routing while contributing to a culture of responsible AI adoption across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of backend/platform engineering experience, ideally with production Kubernetes systems.
• Hands-on experience building or operating LLM-agent infrastructure — harnesses, integration protocols, subagent orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Design and build agentic workflows for SDLC automation with AI agents.
• Improve context-grounding systems to reduce multi-turn searches.
• Tune model-routing for cost-efficient task execution.
• Build observability dashboards and benchmark suites for agent activity.
• Establish internal benchmarks for bug detection, latency, and quality.
