Job summary

LangChain in the United States is seeking a Deployed Engineer to tackle the hardest problems in applied AI, building systems that production teams rely on. You will co-architect production agents and own the technical win, while guiding deployments and post-sale advisory work.

This hands-on role blends engineering with customer-facing work, requires strong Python/JavaScript skills, and familiarity with LangChain/LangGraph, cloud environments, and containers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a technical role with software engineering, customer engineering, or solutions engineering.
• Strong Python and JavaScript skills with solid systems fundamentals.
• Experience designing agent-based or LLM-powered applications beyond simple API calls.
• Comfort working directly with customers during POCs, architecture reviews, and evaluations.

Responsibilities

• Co-architect and co-build production AI agents with customer engineering teams.
• Own the technical win in pre-sales by designing POCs and guiding evaluations.
• Help customers deploy and operate agent-based applications and workflows.
• Advise customers on architecture, best practices, and roadmap decisions.
• Run technical demos, trainings, and workshops for developers.
• Surface field feedback and contribute reusable patterns and code across customers.
