Job summary

Mastronardi Produce USA, Inc. in Laredo, TX is seeking an Administrative Clerk for the Production team, working Sunday to Tuesday and every other Wednesday, 2:30 PM to 2:30 AM, on-site. You will support master scheduling, data entry, labeling, and pallet tagging.

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent is required.
• 2 years experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 2 years computer and data entry experience preferred.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Background and drug test screening will be completed.

Responsibilities

• Verify allocations are correct per the master schedule.
• Assist the supervisors in ensuring production quality meets customer specifications.
• Input and output product counts/data in inventory tracking system.
• Create labels accurately and print pallet tags; ensure correct products are labeled and shipped to the right customer.
