Job summary

Mastronardi Produce is seeking a Warehouse Associate for the Laredo Distribution Center. You will work on production lines to sort greenhouse grown peppers, tomatoes, and cucumbers, ensuring products meet customer specifications.

Responsibilities include learning quality standards, assisting with packaging and washing setup, maintaining sanitation, handling sanitizing chemicals safely, and supporting the team to achieve production goals.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older; high school diploma preferred.
• Related work experience in food production is an asset.
• Proficient in English, written and verbal.
• Availability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Learn and maintain product quality standards that meet customer specifications.
• Assist in packaging/washing setup to ensure smooth flow of product.
• Maintain a sanitized and organized department that meets all food safety requirements.
• Must handle all sanitizing chemicals safely as prescribed.
• Work as a valued team member with good attendance and support for co-workers to meet production goals.
