Job summary

Mastronardi Produce is seeking a production line lead to guide a shift in a refrigerated warehouse environment. You will ensure line performance aligns with daily goals, manage labels and pallet tagging, verify orders, and coordinate with supervisors to ensure smooth changeovers.

The role requires effective communication with managers, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail to drive accurate data entry and compliant operations.

• Clear old labels off line; print pallet tags and obtain sign-off.
• Verify incoming PO, country of origin, date, size/count.
• Complete required forms (grade out forms, etc.).
• Coordinate changeovers with line leads.
• Communicate with hi-lo driver.
• Environment includes refrigerated warehouse (≈50°F) and noise around 70 dcbs.

• Clear old labels off line.
• Print pallet tags, take to supervisor for sign off.
• Verify incoming PO, country of origin, date, size/count.
• Complete required forms (grade out forms, etc.).
• Work with line leads to coordinate changeovers.
• Communicate with hi-lo driver.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Computer and data entry experience preferred.

• Proficiency in use of English language with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally, present information and direction, and field questions from managers, employees and external contacts.
• Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated problem solving and attention to detail.

Working Conditions

• Environment includes an expansive refrigerated warehouse, where the temperature averages 50 degrees Fahrenheit. The background noise approaches 70 dcbs.
• Capable of lifting at least 10 lbs.
