Job summary

Mastronardi Produce USA, Inc. is hiring an Administrative Clerk in Production for Thursday to Saturday and every other Wednesday from 3pm to 3am. The role supports the master schedule, labeling, and inventory processes on-site in a refrigerated environment.

The successful candidate will verify allocations, assist supervisors, and input data into the inventory tracking system, printing pallet tags and ensuring correct labeling for shipment.

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent is required.
• 2 years’ experience in manufacturing environment.
• 2 years’ computer and data entry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Verify allocations are correct per the master schedule.
• Assist the supervisors in ensuring production quality meets customer specifications.
• Input and output product counts/data in inventory tracking system.
• Create labels accurately and print pallet tags. Ensure correct products are labeled and shipped to the right customer.
