SKIMS in the United States is seeking an Assistant Store Leader – Product to manage visual merchandising, product flow, and daily leadership on the sales floor. You will partner with the Store Leader to keep the store operational and bring the SKIMS product storytelling to life through elevated displays and customer experiences.

You will train Team Members on styling and product knowledge, use data to optimize floor layout, and respond quickly to trends.

Formación

• Experience leading retail teams with focus on visual merchandising.
• Proven ability to drive sales through merchandising and customer experience.
• Strong visual merchandising skills to create impactful displays.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Own the visual merchandising strategy and execution to elevate product displays.
• Lead floor layout, product storytelling, and customer experiences.
• Use store reports to drive results and adjust product flow.
• Ensure floor is zoned for customer experience and merchandised with intention.
• Train team on visual best practices and product knowledge.
• Collaborate with HQ VM and allocation partners.
• Support product moves, floor sets, and signage.
• Maintain store standards of Operational Excellence.
