Job summary

SKIMS is seeking an Assistant Store Leader of Product to elevate merchandising, storytelling, and customer experiences across the store. You will lead visual merchandising execution, product flow, and on-floor leadership to drive sales and guest satisfaction.

This role requires 2–4 years in retail leadership, strong communication, and a passion for the SKIMS brand. Expect a commitment to evenings, weekends, and peak hours with a focus on elevated standards.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in a retail leadership role focused on visual merchandising or customer experience.
• Proven track record of driving sales through merchandising decisions.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; able to coach team.
• Passion for SKIMS brand and service approach.

Responsibilities

• Own the visual merchandising strategy and execution in partnership with the Store Leader.
• Lead floor layout, product storytelling, and customer experiences.
• Use store reports to drive results and optimize product flow.
• Ensure floor is zoned, stocked, and visually shoppable.
• Train Team Members on visual best practices and product knowledge.
• Collaborate with HQ VM and allocation partners.
