Job summary

SKIMS is seeking an Assistant Store Leader of Product to partner with the Store Leader to elevate merchandising, showcase product storytelling, and drive sales through exceptional customer experiences on the sales floor.

You will lead visual merchandising, coach team members, manage floor sets, and translate trends into in-store presentation while maintaining operational standards and a customer-obsessed mindset.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years in retail leadership with visual merchandising focus.
• Proven ability to drive sales through merchandising decisions.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
• Ability to translate trends into in-store presentation and storytelling.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Own visual merchandising strategy and execution with Store Leader.
• Lead floor layout, product storytelling, and cohesive displays.
• Drive results through merchandising decisions and floor leadership.
• Coach Team Members on styling, product knowledge, and launches.
• Ensure floor is visually shoppable and aligns with brand standards.
• Collaborate with HQ VM and allocation partners on assortment feedback.
• Oversee floor sets, displays, and signage; maintain standards.
• Support peak hours with coaching, pace, and customer focus.
