Job summary

SKIMS is seeking an Assistant Store Leader – Product in Glendale to partner with the Store Leader in delivering exceptional customer experiences and elevated merchandising. You will own visual merchandising execution, product flow, and floor leadership to drive sales and brand storytelling.

Responsibilities include leading the team on visual best practices, coaching selling behaviors, and collaborating with HQ VM and allocation partners.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in a retail leadership role with a focus on visual merchandising or customer experience.
• Proven track record of driving sales through merchandising decisions and floor leadership.
• Strong visual merchandising skills to create impactful store displays.
• Awareness of industry trends and competitor activities to inform product placement.

Responsibilities

• Own the visual merchandising strategy and execution in partnership with the Store Leader.
• Lead floor plans, product storytelling, and customer-focused merchandising.
• Use store reporting to drive results and optimize product flow and placement.
• Ensure the floor remains visually shoppable and aligned with brand standards.
• Lead and train Team Members on visual best practices and product knowledge.
• Coach selling behaviors and connect product features to customer needs.
• Collaborate with HQ VM and allocation partners on assortment and tools.
• Oversee display inventory and keep all elements current for daily execution.
• Maintain high standards of operational excellence on the sales floor.
• Support launches, capsule drops, and marketing rollouts with product-focused actions.
