Job summary

The Matlen Silver Group, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer in Chandler, AZ. This role supports product transfers, develops and documents process controls, and ensures GMP-compliant manufacturing.

You will train operators, validate equipment and processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact, cost-efficient improvements. The ideal candidate has a engineering degree and 2–3 years of manufacturing experience, strong communication, and a proactive

Qualifications

2-3 years in manufacturing.
Bachelor's in Engineering.
Validations - Equipment/processing.
Writing procedures for operating processes.
Good communicator/collaborator.

Responsibilities

Provide engineering support for product transfers ensuring activities are documented per Client procedures.
Monitor and control progress of work applying engineering principles.
Create manufacturing documentation: SOP, DMR, DHR, PFMEA, Process Control Plans.
Train operators and sustaining engineers on production processes.
Write and execute equipment, cleaning, and process validations.
Ensure quality as defined in operation and material specs.
Investigate yield issues and implement improvements on the line.
Ensure adherence to GMP and safety procedures.
All other duties as assigned.
