Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with product transfers, process validation, manufacturing processes, or quality systems.
• Knowledge of engineering documentation, risk assessments, and process improvement methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support product transfer and site readiness activities.
• Assist with process validation, implementation, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Maintain and update engineering documentation including process flows, work instructions, and risk assessments.
• Support inspection readiness through measurement system development, data analysis, and quality initiatives.
• Coordinate gage, fixture, and calibration management activities.
• Assist with system, routing, labeling, and process updates.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and external suppliers to meet project timelines and deliverables.
• Identify process risks and support corrective actions and improvement opportunities.
