Job summary

Matlen Silver is seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer in Chandler, AZ to support product transfers within a cross-functional team. The role emphasizes documentation, GMP compliance, and effective collaboration across Operations and Product Transfer teams.

The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering and 2+ years of manufacturing experience, with strong problem-solving capabilities and excellent communication skills to train operators and engineers on new processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support for product transfers ensuring activities are completed and documented per Client procedures.
• Monitor and control progress of work applying engineering principles.
• Create manufacturing documentation such as SOP, DMR, DHR, PFMEA, and Process Control Plans.
• Train operators and sustaining engineers on production processes.
• Write and execute equipment, cleaning, and process validations.
• Ensure quality of process and product per specifications.
• Investigate yield issues and implement manufacturing improvements.
• Adhere to GMP and safety procedures.
