Job summary

Ultimate Staffing Services in Chandler, AZ seeks an engineer with a Bachelor’s degree in engineering and 2+ years in manufacturing to support product transfers within the Product Transfer team, coordinating with Operations and Divisional partners.

You will create SOPs, DMRs, DHRs, PFMEAs, train operators, execute validations, monitor progress, ensure GMP compliance, and investigate yield issues to optimize manufacturing processes. Additional FDA-regulated experience is preferred.

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering and at least 2 years in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support for product transfers and ensure activities follow current procedures.
• Monitor progress and apply engineering principles to control work.
• Create manufacturing documentation (SOP, DMR, DHR, PFMEA, Process Control Plans).
• Train operators and sustaining engineers on production processes.
