Job summary

United Employment Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Process Engineer in Arizona to own end-to-end process design and improvements across assigned manufacturing areas, delivering cost-justified engineering solutions that enhance safety, quality, and efficiency.

You will lead troubleshooting and continuous improvement on the plant floor, support new launches and maturation planning, and drive strategic process advancement projects while mentoring other engineers and collaborating

Qualifications

Engineering or Engineering Technology degree with 7+ years of professional engineering experience (or a Master's in Engineering with 3+ years).
Solid grounding in DOE, SPC/statistics, and Six Sigma methodology.
Ability to read and interpret CAD data, blueprints, GD&T, and CMM reports. Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end process design and improvement for assigned manufacturing areas, from cost-justified engineering solutions to safety and quality outcomes.
Lead troubleshooting and continuous improvement on the plant floor, support new business launches and maturation planning, and drive strategic process advancement projects.
Specialize in one or more focus areas — Launch & Manufacturing Support, New Business Pursuit, Process Advancement, or Advanced Process Development.
Mentor other engineers, provide technical direction, and partner closely with plant teams, suppliers, and customers.
