Job summary

RapidAir is seeking a Product Specialist to develop and deliver training programs for channel partners and internal teams. You will own the full training lifecycle from curriculum to delivery, serving as a product knowledge resource across the organization.

This is an in‑office role at our Schaumburg HQ with on‑site presence required. Expect travel to customer and partner sites about 25% of the time.

Qualifications

3–4 years in industrial product support, applications engineering, or technical training role.
Hands‑on knowledge of compressed air systems is preferred.
Ability to translate technical features into sales‑focused messaging.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain deep knowledge of RapidAir’s product line and updates.
Design, develop, and deliver product training for channel partners and internal teams in virtual and in‑person formats.
Build and maintain training materials including presentations, guides, scripts, and e‑learning content.
Conduct product demonstrations for customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
Translate features into clear sales messaging to help partners position products.
Support sales and marketing with promotional materials and go‑to‑market content.
Address post‑sale inquiries and gather feedback for improvement.
Track training participation and effectiveness; iterate based on feedback.
Collaborate with Product Portfolio Director to align content with launches and priorities.
Travel to customer/partner sites to deliver in‑person training (~25%).
