Job summary

DWYER INSTRUMENTS, LLC is seeking a Product Specialist to provide deep technical knowledge of our product suite and collaborate with sales, engineering, and marketing to ensure accurate representation, implementation, and support across diverse industrial settings.

You will maintain product expertise, develop digital materials, optimize listings with the ecommerce team, offer technical customer support, and deliver training and demonstrations for clients and partners.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our product suite, including technical specs, applications, and integration capabilities.
• Develop, refine, and maintain digital product materials for online channels.
• Collaborate with ecommerce team to optimize product listings and improve online sales conversions.
• Provide technical support and solutions to customers, understanding their requirements.
• Partner with sales and marketing to deliver product presentations, training sessions, and demonstrations.
• Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams by providing field feedback to drive product improvements and innovation.
• Develop and conduct internal training sessions on product changes and best practices.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies in the industrial sensing realm.
• Support operations team with ad-hoc requests addressing all phases of product lifecycle.
