HD Supply Management, LLC (USA) seeks an experienced training designer to develop and deliver product training for customer care teams. You will create and review courseware, coordinate instructor-led sessions, videos, and eLearning across sites, and collaborate with merchandising and product teams to keep programs current.

You will also partner with vendors to coordinate on-site training and update materials for policy changes, while identifying new training opportunities with product support

Formación

• BS/BA in a related field; MS/MA preferred for some roles.
• 2–5 years in instructional design or related field; 2–4 years with MS/MA.
• Certification may be required in some areas.

Responsabilidades

• Design and deliver product training for customer care teams.
• Create, test, and review courseware.
• Coordinate instructor-led training, videos, and eLearning.
• Collaborate with merchandising, marketing, and product teams.
