Caris Life Sciences is seeking a Product Training Manager for its Oncology Portfolio to design and deliver education programs for MI Cancer Seek, Caris Assure, ChromoSeq and related products. You will translate complex cancer biology into engaging training, launch curricula with cross‑functional teams, and travel periodically to events to educate sales and clinical partners.

This role requires a bachelor's degree, 5+ years in commercial training within healthcare, and strong instructional

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years in commercial training, product education, or related healthcare roles.
• oncology or molecular diagnostics experience strongly preferred.
• Strong PM, communication, facilitation and instructional design skills.
• Proficiency with LMS and Microsoft Office.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree;
• 5+ years in commercial training, product education, or related roles within healthcare, diagnostics, or biotech;
• experience in oncology or molecular diagnostics strongly preferred;

• proficiency in LMS and Microsoft Office.
