Job summary

Caris Life Sciences is seeking a Product Training Manager for the Precision Medicine portfolio. The role develops education programs to enable the Commercial organization to effectively represent MI Clarity and Caris DETECT, partnering across Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to deliver engaging learning experiences.

The position requires translating scientific data into learner-centered content, maintaining current materials, and leading onboarding, launches, and ongoing education initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years in commercial training, product education, sales enablement, or related roles in life sciences/healthcare.
• Experience in precision medicine, molecular diagnostics, or oncology preferred.
• Healthcare sales, product marketing, or customer-facing roles recommended.
• Ability to translate complex scientific/clinical info into practical learning solutions.
• Strong project management, collaboration, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and LMS.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, maintain, and improve product training curriculum for the Precision Medicine portfolio.
• Translate complex scientific and clinical information into engaging training materials (instructor-led, virtual, eLearning, microlearning, video, self-directed).
• Design learning pathways, certifications, assessments, and job aids to build product knowledge.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Product Management, Sales Leadership, and other teams to align content with strategy.
• Monitor updates and ensure materials remain current and compliant.
• Serve as Commercial Education partner for assigned product teams; prioritize initiatives and onboarding.
• Facilitate training at onboarding, launches, meetings, and education events.
• Evaluate learning effectiveness and drive continuous improvements.
• Maintain governance and quality of training materials.
• Support meetings and product launch readiness.
• Maintain knowledge of Caris products and workflows.
