Job summary

Caris Life Sciences is seeking a Product Training Manager for its Oncology Portfolio to design and deliver education programs for MI Cancer Seek, Caris Assure, ChromoSeq and related products. You will translate complex cancer biology into engaging training, launch curricula with cross‑functional teams, and travel periodically to events to educate sales and clinical partners.

This role requires a bachelor's degree, 5+ years in commercial training within healthcare, and strong instructional

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
5+ years in commercial training, product education, or related healthcare roles.
oncology or molecular diagnostics experience strongly preferred.
Strong PM, communication, facilitation and instructional design skills.
Proficiency with LMS and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Create and maintain training curricula for onboarding, product launches and ongoing education.
Translate complex scientific data into engaging learning content across formats.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Product Management and Sales.
Monitor product updates and competitive landscape to keep content current.
Facilitate training at events and evaluate training effectiveness for improvement.
Travel periodically for meetings, launches and events.
