Job summary

Caris Life Sciences is seeking a Product Training Manager for the Precision Medicine portfolio to design and implement education programs across the commercial organization. You will translate evolving clinical data into engaging training for onboarding, launches, and continuous education.

This role partners with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Medical Affairs to ensure content is current, accurate, and aligned with strategy. Travel may be required as part of meetings and launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years in commercial training, product education, or related roles in life sciences.
• Experience in precision medicine, molecular diagnostics, or oncology preferred.
• Ability to translate complex scientific information into practical training.
• Strong PM, collaboration, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS).

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, maintain, and improve product training curriculum for the Precision Medicine portfolio.
• Translate scientific and clinical information into engaging training materials (instructor-led, virtual, eLearning, microlearning, video).
• Design structured learning pathways, certifications, assessments, and job aids.
• Partner with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Product Management, Sales Leadership, and SMEs to align content.
• Monitor product updates and ensure materials stay current and compliant.
• Serve as Commercial Education partner for assigned product teams and prioritize onboarding curricula.
• Facilitate training during onboarding, product launches, meetings, and other events.
• Evaluate learning effectiveness and implement improvements using adult learning principles.
• Maintain governance and quality of training materials.
• Support Sales Meetings, product launches, and education initiatives.
• Maintain knowledge of Caris products and processes.
