Job summary

Caris Life Sciences seeks an experienced Product Training Manager for the Precision Medicine portfolio, including MI Clarity and Caris DETECT. You will translate complex scientific data into engaging training materials and lead onboarding, launches, and ongoing education for the commercial team.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in commercial training within life sciences, oncology or diagnostics, and strong project management, collaboration, and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years in commercial training, product education, sales enablement, learning and development, marketing, or related roles.
• Experience in precision medicine, molecular diagnostics, oncology preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex scientific/clinical information into practical learning solutions.
• Strong project management, collaboration, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Learning Management Systems (LMS).

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, maintain, and continuously improve product training curriculum for the Precision Medicine portfolio (MI Clarity and Caris DETECT).
• Translate scientific, clinical, technical, and commercial information into engaging training materials (instructor-led, virtual, eLearning, microlearning).
• Design learning pathways, certifications, assessments, job aids, playbooks, and field resources.
• Partner with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Product Management, Sales Leadership, Commercial Operations, and SMEs to align training with strategy and messaging.
• Monitor updates and changes to ensure materials remain accurate and compliant.
• Lead onboarding trainings, product launches, and national/regional education events.
• Evaluate learning effectiveness and drive continuous improvements using adult learning principles.
