Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of pharmaceutical commercial and field experience.
• Proven leadership in selling systems and competitive markets.
• Ability to translate strategy into field behavior and measurable impact.
• Strong US healthcare-provider and payer knowledge.
• Experience coaching and reinforcing performance across teams.
• Cross-functional leadership across Sales, Brand, Medical, Market Access, Compliance, and Data/Analytics.

Responsibilities

• Define and own a multi-year commercial capability strategy with governance and metrics.
• Set an integrated capability model for field representatives across scientific, business, and access competencies.
• Establish and evolve a compliant, differentiated competitive selling approach.
• Prepare reps to integrate account insights, patient needs, and access realities while engaging specialists.
• Embed CRM, analytics, and approved AI into field workflows to improve decision-making.
• Lead capability development and field readiness for launches across brands and therapy areas.
