Job summary

Confident Search Consultants in New York is seeking a Product / Textile Designer to support licensed and private-label bath and soft home brands. This hands-on role covers concept through production, collaborating with creative leadership and product teams to deliver on-trend textiles and finished goods.

You will develop CADs, patterns, colorways, trims, and construction details, prepare production-ready artwork and tech packs, and ensure on-time sample revisions while managing multiple brands

Qualifications

• 3–5 years minimum in product design, textile design, home design, or related field.
• Experience with hard bath goods is a plus.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Pointcarre.
• Experience developing production-ready artwork and repeat patterns.
• Strong knowledge of textiles and soft-goods construction.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of taking ownership of projects.
• Comfortable managing multiple brands, projects, and seasonal timelines.

Responsibilities

• Design seasonal collections and assortments for bath and other soft home products.
• Create CADs, repeat patterns, engineered placements, and colorways.
• Develop trims, textures, embellishments, and product construction details.
• Prepare production-ready artwork and detailed tech packs for factories.
• Review samples, strike-offs, and lab dips and manage revisions and approvals.
• Collaborate closely with design leadership, sales, sourcing, and production teams.
• Oversee multiple projects while maintaining strong attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
