The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience in product/textile design, with proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, and pattern development.

Qualifications

3–5 years minimum in product design, textile design, home design, or related field.
Experience with hard bath goods is a plus.
Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Pointcarre.
Experience developing production‑ready artwork and repeat patterns.
Strong knowledge of textiles and soft‑goods construction.
Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to own projects.
Comfortable managing multiple brands, projects, and seasonal timelines.

Responsibilities

Design seasonal collections and assortments for bath and other soft home products.
Create CADs, repeat patterns, engineered placements, and colorways.
Develop trims, textures, embellishments, and product construction details.
Prepare production‑ready artwork and detailed tech packs for factories.
Review samples, strike‑offs, and lab dips and manage revisions.
Collaborate closely with design leadership, sales, sourcing, and production teams.
Oversee multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
