Job summary

Essenti Talent in New York, NY is seeking a Product/Textile Designer—Bath to join a hands-on studio. You will develop seasonal bath and soft home collections, create CADs and repeat patterns, and deliver production-ready artwork and tech packs through the full product lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in textile or product design, strong knowledge of textiles, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative setting while managing multiple brands and deadlines.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years minimum in product design, textile design, home design, or related field.
• Experience with hard bath goods is a plus.
• Strong proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, and Pointcarre.
• Experience developing production-ready artwork and repeat patterns.
• Strong knowledge of textiles and soft-goods construction.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of owning projects.
• Comfortable managing multiple brands, projects, and seasonal timelines.

Responsibilities

• Design seasonal collections and assortments for bath and soft home products.
• Create CADs, repeat patterns, engineered placements, and colorways.
• Develop trims, textures, embellishments, and construction details.
• Prepare production-ready artwork and detailed tech packs for factories.
• Review samples, strike-offs, lab dips, and manage revisions/approvals.
• Collaborate with design leadership, sales, sourcing, and production teams.
• Oversee multiple projects and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
