True North Consultants, Inc. is seeking a Product / Textile Designer to support licensed and private‑label bath and soft home brands in New York, in‑office, full‑time.

This hands‑on role covers concept through production, with responsibilities including seasonal collections, CADs, repeats, trims, and tech packs. You will collaborate with design leadership, sales, sourcing and production teams to move designs from concept to finished products.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years minimum experience in product or textile/home design.
• Experience with bath or soft home goods is preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Understanding of textiles and soft-goods construction.

Aufgaben

• Design seasonal collections and assortments for bath and other soft home products.
• Create CADs, repeat patterns, engineered placements, and colorways.
• Develop trims, textures, embellishments, and product construction details.
• Prepare production-ready artwork and detailed tech packs for factories.
• Review samples, strike-offs, and lab dips and manage revisions and approvals.
• Collaborate closely with design leadership, sales, sourcing, and production teams.
• Oversee multiple projects while maintaining strong attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
