Job summary

The Bath division of a leading home fashions company is seeking a Product / Textile Designer to support licensed and private-label brands across bath and other soft home categories. This hands-on role covers the full product lifecycle from concept through production in an in‑office New York setting.

The ideal candidate is a strong individual contributor with solid soft home design, development, and manufacturing knowledge.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years minimum of experience in product design, textile design, home design, or a related field.
• Experience with hard bath goods is a plus.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

Responsibilities

• Design seasonal collections and assortments for bath and other soft home products.
• Create CADs, repeat patterns, engineered placements, and colorways.
• Develop trims, textures, embellishments, and product construction details.
• Prepare production‑ready artwork and detailed tech packs for factories.
• Review samples, strike‑offs, and lab dips and manage revisions and approvals.
• Collaborate closely with design leadership, sales, sourcing, and production teams.
• Oversee multiple projects while maintaining strong attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
