RTX is seeking a Test Systems Engineer II for 100% onsite work in Tucson, AZ. You will collaborate with multiple engineering teams to define, design, and document test environments and subsystem models, applying MBSE to ensure robustness.

The role requires a STEM degree with 2+ years of engineering experience and the ability to obtain a US government security clearance (DoD Secret). You will develop requirements, manage traceability, and communicate needs to equipment designers.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) with 2+ years related engineering experience.
• Systems engineering experience in test requirements development, test planning, test techniques, test methodologies, embedded functional test, and integration, verification, and validation for test.
• Experience applying a systems engineering approach for test-related activities within the product lifecycle.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance prior to start date; U.S. citizenship required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Apply knowledge of the subsystem and collaborate with other engineering disciplines to develop and implement the subsystem model using Model Based System Engineering tools and methods.
• Detail capabilities and derive requirements.
• Communicate test equipment needs and requirements to Test Equipment designers.
• Manage requirements and traceability.
• Leverage reuse of Test Environment requirements and models to promote efficiency in test design and development.
• Develop subsystem requirements, interfaces, behaviors, and architecture.
• Interact with Technical SMEs to fully understand the subsystem and resolve issues.
