Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Mechanic, Service Writer, Service Supervisor, or Service Manager in construction/forestry equipment.
• Strong people skills with budgeting, planning, merchandising, and goal setting.
• Demonstrated success in personnel management, marketing and sales.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shop and service processes, financials, and customer satisfaction at the Rohnert Park branch.
• Manage work order process to ensure consistency and efficiency and maximize customer communication.
• Lead and develop team members through performance reviews.
• Collaborate with Regional Product Support Manager on sales strategies, goals and budgets.
• Recruit, hire, and maintain appropriate department staffing levels.
• Manage equipment needs, such as delivery trucks and tooling.
• Oversee parts returns and inventory levels.
