Papé Machinery is seeking a Product Support Supervisor to join their team in the Rohnert Park, CA area.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

As our Product Support Supervisor, you will be responsible for the supervision and management of all shop and service processes, financials, and customer satisfaction at the Pape’ Machinery branch in Rohnert Park. Every day, you will ensure the team manages the work order process in a manner that produces consistency, efficiency, and maximizes customer communication. To thrive in this role, you must be a great leader, results-driven, and have a desire to create a great experience for our customers. Key responsibilities include:

• Oversee parts operations to meet sales, profit, and inventory goals.

• Regularly survey and work with customers to ensure they receive the highest level of customer satisfaction possible.

• Work with the Regional Product Support Manager on sales strategies, goals, and budgets.

• Recruit, hire, and maintain appropriate department staffing levels.

• Manage equipment needs, such as delivery trucks and tooling.

• Oversee parts returns and inventory levels.

• Coach and train members through performance reviews.
