Qualifications

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

As our Product Support Supervisor, you will be responsible for the supervision and management of all shop and service processes, financials, and customer satisfaction at the Pape' Machinery branch in Rohnert Park. Every day, you will ensure the team manages the work order process in a manner that produces consistency, efficiency, and maximizes customer communication. To thrive in this role, you must be a great leader, results-driven, and have a desire to create a great experience for our customers. Key responsibilities include:

• Oversee parts operations to meet sales, profit, and inventory goals.
• Regularly survey and work with customers to ensure they receive the highest level of customer satisfaction possible.
• Work with the Regional Product Support Manager on sales strategies, goals, and budgets.
• Recruit, hire, and maintain appropriate department staffing levels.
• Manage equipment needs, such as delivery trucks and tooling.
• Oversee parts returns and inventory levels.
• Coach and train members through performance reviews.

WHAT YOU NEED:

• Prior experience as a Mechanic, Service Writer, Service Supervisor, or Service Manager, with knowledge of construction and forestry equipment.
• Strong people skills, with an understanding of budgeting, planning, merchandising, and goal setting.
• Demonstrated success in personnel management, marketing, and sales.
• Computer skills, including the Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to maintain good customer and employee relations.
• Leadership skills and mindset, with strong daily operational ability.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.

Compensation: $100,000-120,000/yr (Depending on Experience & History of Performance)
