Caterpillar Inc. in Peoria, IL, seeks a Product Service Specialist for Medium Wheel Loader Product Support to work with our dealer network, answer technical questions, monitor performance, and coordinate repairs with EPC and local dealers.

You will engage engineering and manufacturing teams to resolve field issues, conduct on-site visits as needed, and provide technical guidance to customers while upholding Caterpillar’s standards.

Qualifications

• Customer focus with urgency in addressing field problems.
• Clear communication to explain solutions to dealer technicians.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to diagnose machine issues.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to DSN tickets related to Medium Wheel Loader systems.
• Identify tests and data needed to determine course of action.
• Coordinate repairs with EPC and local dealers.
• Provide technical guidance to marketing units for customer problems.
• Respond to dealer/customer questions about product performance.
• Conduct dealer and customer visits to provide technical assistance.
