You will lead a team of engineers and technicians, delivering innovative solutions for customers and supporting military attachments with Caterpillar Defense Products. The role requires strong technical, project management, and communication skills, with mentoring responsibilities and collaboration across international

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• Progressive knowledge of Medium Wheel Loader or similar construction products.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and collaborate with international teams.
• Strong analytical skills and knowledge of design software (Creo, Teamcenter).

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and project leadership to a team of engineers and technicians.
• Lead design work for projects resulting in direct sales of machines, configurations, and attachments.
• Develop field dealer installed & factory kits and unique solutions.
• Collaborate with Caterpillar Defense Products for military applications.
• Oversee project progress, costs, and stakeholder communications.
• Manage past designs and deviations; ensure supply and quality objectives.
• Lead engineering system teams to implement improvements.
• Mentor junior engineers in the team.
