Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years in an office environment.
• FDA and/or ISO 13485:2003 knowledge for complaint handling.
• CRM and ERP software experience (Salesforce.com, ServiceMax, Microsoft Dynamics 365).
• Excellent customer communication and teamwork; ability to handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide hardware, software and consumable troubleshooting via phone and email to customers and distributors.
• Use CRM/ERP to manage cases from start to finish, including Sales Orders and RMAs.
• Process forward and reverse service parts and RMA logistics.
• Dispatch Field Engineering for repairs in the field.
• Document all support activities in the Product Support database.
• Identify reliability issues and escalate to the appropriate team.
• Coordinate with other teams and departments.
• Perform special projects as directed.
