We are seeking a Product Service Representative II (Aesthetic Med Device) in Bothell, WA to provide first-level troubleshooting and technical support to customers and distributors. The role requires hands-on product knowledge and effective communication to maximize customer satisfaction.

The position entails troubleshooting hardware/software, managing RMAs, and coordinating with field engineers and internal teams. A Bachelor degree with 2+ years in an office environment is required.

Competenze

• Bachelor degree required with 2+ years office experience.
• Familiarity with FDA/ISO 13485 complaint handling.
• Proficiency with CRM/ERP software: Salesforce, ServiceMax, Dynamics 365.

Mansioni

• Provide troubleshooting assistance to customers and distributors by phone and email.
• Use CRM and ERP to manage cases, including Sales Orders and RMAs.
• Process forward and reverse service parts and RMA logistics.
• Dispatch Field Engineering for repairs.
• Document all activities in the Product Support database.
• Identify reliability issues and coordinate with teams for action.
• Coordinate with other departments.
• Perform special projects as directed.
