Job summary

Bracco Medical Technologies in Minnesota is seeking a Product Support Engineer II to provide customer and technical support for ACIST/Bracco products, ensuring regulatory compliance and quality system alignment. The role collaborates with Service Management and Engineering on launches, life cycle management, and field investigations, driving service improvements across the installed base.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Electrical or Biomedical Engineering or equivalent knowledge
• 2-4 years’ experience with electro-mechanical devices
• Analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to present technical info clearly to diverse audiences

Responsibilities

• Align with Service Management, Service Engineering and cross-functional teams on product launch and life cycle management
• Assist with investigations related to product failures including field assessment and root-cause analysis
• Manage escalated product support for the installed base and coordinate with Sales, distributors and 3rd party service providers
• Document and maintain service activities in the appropriate systems and ensure quality records per regulations
• Develop and implement service improvements to increase customer satisfaction and department efficiency
