Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering; 2–4 years with electro‑mechanical devices.
• Analytical and problem‑solving skills for troubleshooting.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
• Strong communication skills; customer‑focused and team‑oriented.
• Willing to travel up to 20% to customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Service Management and Engineering on product launch and lifecycle management.
• Support field service teams with investigations into product failures and corrective actions.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams and document in systems.
• Provide technical support during customer account visits as needed.
• Assist with development of service processes and tools to improve efficiency.
