Job summary

Bracco Medical Technologies is seeking a Product Support Engineer II in Minnesota to provide customer and technical support for ACIST/Bracco products. You will align with Service Management and Engineering on launches and life cycle activities, troubleshoot field issues, and coordinate with distributors and field service teams.

The role requires a BS in engineering and 2–4 years of electro-mechanical device experience, with strong problem solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Biomedical Engineering or equivalent.
• 2–4 years' experience with electro-mechanical devices.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
• Clear communication for technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Align with Service Management and cross-functional teams on new product launch and life cycle management.
• Assist service activities pertaining to component obsolescence and upgrades; work with teams to implement plans.
• Investigate product failures with field assessment, trending, root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Manage escalated product support across the installed base; troubleshoot field-reported issues from Sales, distributors and 3rd party providers.
• Support service initiatives and coordinate with sales, affiliates and distributors for field activities.
• Provide technical support via account visits with Field Service and Sales as needed.
• Document and maintain service activity records in the quality system and DHR per requirements.
• Escalate complex technical problems per procedures; liaise with Service Management.
