Job summary

You will also contribute to knowledge-base content, troubleshooting tools, and training materials while maintaining thorough case documentation and timely customer communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/related field with 1–3 years in technical support.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot software, configuration, data, and application functionality.
• Experience in customer-facing technical or product support and case management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collects and analyzes detailed information from customers to diagnose issues and determine root cause.
• Investigates application and configuration issues, including reports, tasks, data communications.
• Uses diagnostic tools, logs, and test results to isolate problems and determine next steps.
• Documents cases clearly and keeps customers informed throughout the support lifecycle.
• Updates knowledge-base and training materials to improve support efficiency.
• Participates in on-call rotation and after-hours support when needed.
