Job summary

T2 Systems is seeking a Sales Engineer to support FLEX throughout the sales cycle, from prospect discovery to project handoff. You will analyze customer environments, design integrated FLEX solutions, and clearly document requirements for internal teams.

The role blends parking industry knowledge with strong technical skills, enabling effective communication to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Travel to engagements will be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required or equivalent experience.
• 3–10 years of technical, sales engineering or related industry experience.
• Demonstrated experience with T2 FLEX or similar FLEX-like software is required.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the sales process with operational, functional, and technical analysis of FLEX opportunities.
• Understand customer requirements, environments, and desired outcomes.
• Develop and present demonstrations and solution presentations for the sales process.
• Perform gap analysis between customer needs and existing T2 functionality.
• Create opportunity-specific solution designs and scoping documentation.
