Responsibilities

• Communicate with a diverse set of customers delivering clear instructions and technical support.
• Provide expert technical support for Cast & Crew's digital solutions.
• Modify configurations per customer requests to meet client needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure satisfaction.
• Manage the support queue and log calls and emails, providing workable solutions.
• Address and resolve requests including workflows and business rules.
• Contribute to user guides and training materials for customer support resources.
• Communicate complex issues clearly in writing and verbally.
• Other related duties and projects as assigned.
