Job summary

Cypress HCM in Los Angeles is seeking a skilled Support & Deployment Specialist for Post-Production Services. You will ensure our MPS tools empower filmmakers, delivering empathetic, expert support while managing regional context and production schedules.

You will partner with Product and Engineering to translate daily feedback into actionable improvements, monitor tool health, and support cross-time-zone productions with reliability and technical depth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in post-production support or vendor/studio network support.
• Familiarity with major post-production software and workflows.
• Command-line proficiency and basic API understanding.
• Understanding of data formats (JSON, XML, CSV) and storage infrastructures.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class support to unblock productions and protect creative time.
• Monitor content transfers and system health via global dashboards.
• Deliver deep subject-matter expertise for core MPS tools.
• Collect and feed back signals to product and engineering.
• Collaborate with regional teams to provide local context and feedback.
